Tomas Tucker is one of the leading Directors of Photography in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has worked for over thirty years shooting projects as diverse as infomercials with Cindy Crawford, documentaries for the Southern Poverty Law Center and Mass MOCA, and 2nd Unit photography for the feature film Crumb. He worked with filmmaker Rob Nillson on his pioneering video feature Heat & Sunlight which won the Grand Jury Prize at the Sundance Film Festival. 

Mr. Tucker studied at UC Berkeley, School of Design and received AA degrees from Napa College in Telecommunications Technology and Electronics. He is currently teaching classes in Digital Cinematography at the San Francisco Art Institute.

He is co-owner of Videofax, San Francisco's leading production equipment rental house.
